Sterling is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. All of our suppliers and manufacturers guarantee their products to be 92.5% sterling silver quality or better. Silver in its pure form will not tarnish, but is too soft for use in jewelry and giftware. Sterling silver will tarnish. This is not a defect, but the result of a natural chemical process that occurs when sterling silver is exposed to oxygen and other elements in the air. Other common tarnish causing elements are wool, rubber bands, and latex gloves. Humid environments will accelerate tarnishing.

Preventative maintenance is the easiest way to keep your sterling silver looking great. Avoid exposing your sterling silver jewelry to direct sunlight, harsh chemicals like chlorine, cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, and perspiration, and keep items in sealed polyethylene bags when not being used. Washing your jewelry periodically with mild dish soap and warm water is a quick, easy way to prevent tarnishing. Be sure to rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth before storing. Frequent light polishing with a treated Polishing Cloth designed for use on sterling silver will also help minimize tarnish and restore the original luster and shine to your silver jewelry.

Return policy


30-Day Full Return Policy All items are returnable within 15 days of receipt; we can’t accept the items that have past said deadline. We do not refund the shipping on the original order. We will offer you a full refund for the item's price only.

After the 15 days of receipt, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for full refund.

Please contact us through e-mail to request a Return Authorization Code. We need this code on the outside of the package and please make sure to send us your package tracking number. We recommend you to return your package with delivery confirmation signature. Our Quality Department will ensure authenticity and condition, then we will issue a refund within 10 to 15 days and a credit will be charged to your original purchase method.

Return Conditions
The item must be in the original condition and packaging, unworn, unaltered and in functional condition.
